CrossFit Training

CrossFit Training at CrossFit Shearwater is built around structured, coach-led sessions that develop strength, fitness, and confidence. Classes combine functional movements, conditioning, and skill-based training that can be scaled to suit all ability levels. You will train in a motivating group environment where coaches focus on clear instruction, quality movement, and steady progress, helping you feel supported while still being challenged.

Hyrox Training

HYROX Training is a core part of what we do at CrossFit Shearwater and is designed for athletes who want to build serious endurance, strength, and resilience. Sessions reflect the demands of HYROX events, combining running, functional movements, and conditioning in a structured and purposeful way. Led by coaches with years of HYROX competition experience, this program supports both athletes preparing for events and those who enjoy high-intensity, performance-driven training.

Olympic Lifting

Olympic Lifting focuses on developing technique, strength, and confidence in the snatch and clean and jerk. Sessions are fully coached and structured to support athletes at every stage, from learning the fundamentals to refining advanced lifts. With an emphasis on movement quality, progression, and safety, Olympic Lifting at CrossFit Shearwater helps build strength that supports both CrossFit and HYROX performance.
